ADDITIONAL NOTES TO THESE ACCOUNTS 2015<\/p>\n
As One Norbiton is a pilot of localism we believe we must handle all public money in a wholly transparent way. Our annual Tax return date is now been fixed as 31st of May and all our accounts will be agreed at an Annual Meeting of our Community Working Group well before this date and independently checked for accuracy. As can be seen from the 2015 accounts we are currently operating well within our means but will have to secure a means of independent ongoing funding. We are exploring imitating the Health Watch model.<\/p>\n
RESERVES<\/p>\n
We will try to obtain grants etc. to build up funding streams for our different projects. This year we hope to complete our Community Hub and Office project. Our pot of reserves for this is \u00a37500. This is derived from a \u00a32500 grant from the Community Development Foundation and \u00a35000 of our own DCLG grant voted by our members. (We have a longstanding promise of an additional \u00a35000 from RBK housing)<\/p>\n
